I have had a lot of new beginnings in my life…. Not an easy journey to pursue but a worthwhile journey to take – to mention just a few
Adapting to a ‘new normal’ after loss of loved ones.
single lady without kids to becoming a stepmom (for the last 19 yrs and still counting.)
from being employed to being laid off
changing my profession from Administration to going back to school as an adult to pursue my passion to be a Mental Health Practitioner – (Psychologist/Counselor & NLP Life Coach)
from a stay at home mum for 6 years to running my own Counseling/Coaching Practice,
…. and many other life circumstances/events life has presented me. Over the years in both my life experience and as a Life coach working with my clients, I have learnt that the secret to creating the life you love and deserve is in your hands. It begins when you give yourself permission to a new beginning and are willing to take the steps required.
As you may realize … I am a Coach of two passions – supporting my clients to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be through Fresh Start Life Coaching Program. (if this can be linked to the service).
In addition to this, with the combination of my experience as a step mum and my experience as a mental health practitioner, I support individuals in step families to create emotionally healthy and balanced step family units through several programs – Step mum Wisdom, Step Family Preparation or Private blended family coaching services.

My biggest lesson is that stro families are different and as such children are handled differently .
